Policy
All visits with the Doctor are by appointment only. We have a voice
mail answering service. Please leave any messages with our system
when the office is closed. We ask that all of our patients be prompt
for their appointments, as the Doctor reserves a special amount
of time for all his patients, to better perform the treatment that
you need.
Financial
Policy
We ask that you take care of all the charges in full at completion
of each appointment. We accept credit cards and participate with
most major Dental Insurance plans. Insurance plans will be billed
by office - with the understanding that any part or deductible not
paid by the insurance company will be billed to the patient.
